At Art of Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every leaf; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on accessories and unopened tea products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea tins or bags.

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the RMA form inside the box before shipping to our Los Angeles blending facility.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
